In response to increasing regulation in the mortgage market, our sister company Equity Finance was created to provide a bespoke referral service for those intermediaries who are no longer authorised or wish to pass on certain types of business for example equity release mortgages.

Equity Finance can extend a full mortgage service under it’s own authorisation to ensure you can still provide a service to your clients and be paid normal procuration fees for your introductions.  We do not offer life and investment products so all ancillary products sales remain entirely under your control. 

And, what's more, you can expect exactly the same high levels of service.
